Stress
Could this be you?
- "I'm constantly in a hurry. I find it difficult to relax."
- "I used to handle stress easily, but now I feel I need
to slow down."
- "I believe that stress is affecting my health."
- "Even after I've taken time off to relax, I still feel
anxious."
What could you ask your coach?
- "How can I work hard and reduce stress at the same time?"
- "Stress reduction courses don't seem to work for me. Am I
missing something?"
- "Some stress is useful; how can I tell when stress is beginning to be unhealthy?"
How I can help
Stress is a natural part of many people's lives, and some thrive
on the adrenaline rush. But living with prolonged and unnaturally
high levels of adrenaline and other stress hormones can be bad
for your health.
I don't usually favour quick-fix solutions. Therefore, as a first
step, I will help you uncover the key sources of stress in your
life. We can look at why these cause you to feel stressed and
then investigate some remedies for lasting change.
