Setting and reaching great goals

Setting personal goals is not as easy as some say it is. It
is very easy to miss part of the process. And it's easy to confuse
a goal with a wish or dream. Many people set a goal that depends
partly on someone else behaving in a particular way; therefore
they are not in control.
